| 1) |
| a) | moneys appropriated by Parliament; |
| b) | moneys received by way of grant, contribution, donation or inheritance from any source inside or outside the Republic; and |
| c) | moneys that may accrue from any other source. |
| 2) | The Regulator shall utilise its funds to defray the expenses incurred by the Regulator in the performance of its functions under this Act. |
