Notice No. R.1420 published in Government Gazette No. 42128 dated 21 December 2018 is hereby amended by the substitution for the effective date in respect of the amendments to the rules under section 77H and 120 of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 (Act No. 91 of 1964), of the date 1 September 2019.
