| (1) | NABABET may establish other committees in addition to the executive committee, to assist in the performance of its functions. |
| (2) | Any committee other than the executive committees may include persons who are not members of NABABET. |
| (3) | The chairperson and deputy chairperson of a committee must be appointed by NABABET. |
| (4) | Members of the committees contemplated in subregulation (2) may be appointed for such periods as NABABET may determine. |
