State Attorney Act, 1957 (Act No. 56 of 1957)1. Establishment of offices of State Attorney |
| (1) | The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development may establish offices of State Attorney in order to promote the efficient and effective performance of the functions provided for in section 3. |
| (2) | The office of the State Attorney established in Pretoria and the branches thereof, existing at the commencement of the State Attorney Amendment Act, 2014, are deemed to have been established as offices of State Attorney under this section. |
