State Attorney Act, 1957 (Act No. 56 of 1957)10. Repeal of Acts |
| (1) | Subject to the provisions of subsection (2), the State Attorney Act, 1925 (Act No. 25 of 1925), the State Attorney Amendment Act, 1955 (Act No. 10 of 1955], and section one of the State Attorney Amendment Act, 1957, are hereby repealed. |
| (2) | Any regulation made and any other action taken under any provision of a law repealed by subsection (1), shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act. |
