A person who is dissatisfied with the services of the Office of the Public Protector or the manner in which his or her complaint has been handled by the Office of the Public Protector may approach the Customer Care Service at the Head Office of the Public Protector in Pretoria at the addresses provided in Annexure B to these Rules.
