MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE FINES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED FOR GIVING FALSE INFORMATION, DECLARATIONS OR FALSE DECLARATIONS.
Offences under the Regulations issued in terms of the Political Party Funding Act, 6 of 2018, as contemplated in Section 18(1) of the Act, in terms of which the Commission may institute proceedings to request the imposition of administrative fines in respect of any contravention of the Political Party Funding Act, 6 of 2018.
