PROCLAMATION

President of the Republic of South Africa
Under section 15 of the National Prosecuting Authority Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No. 56 of 2008), I hereby fix 6 July 2009 as the date on which the said Act, other than section 13 thereof, shall come into operation.
