| (1) |
The Minister may make regulations prescribing— |
| (b) |
the steps to be taken to ensure compliance with the code of conduct referred to in section 22(6); or |
| (c) |
matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act. |

| (3) |
Any regulation made in terms of this section— |
| (a) |
which may result in the expenditure of State monies shall be made in consultation with the Minister of Finance; |
| (b) |
may provide that a contravention thereof shall be an offence; and |
| (c) |
must be submitted to Parliament before publication in the Gazette. |
