I, R.O. Lamola, Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, acting under sections 18(1) and 19 of the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998), respectively, and in consultation with the National Director of Public Prosecutions and the Minister for Public Service and Administration and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, hereby determine a revised salary level for Deputy Directors of Public Prosecutions (DDPPs) and Chief Public Prosecutions (CPPs) as set out in the Schedule hereto, with effect from 1 April 2022.
