| 1) | All members of the House must, in addition to the code of conduct contained in the Schedule to the Framework Act, adhere to the code of conduct appearing in Schedule C. |
| 2) | Any breach of the codes of conduct referred to in subsection (1) must be dealt with in accordance with the procedure set out in item 9 of Schedule C. |
