| (1) | The central electronic monitoring system referred to in section 13(1)(I) of the Act must comply with the standard from time to time laid down by the South African Bureau of Standards and must be approved by the Board. |
| (2) | A single central electronic monitoring system shall be operated by a person appointed on the terms and conditions as laid down by the Board after consultation with the Minister. |
