| (1) | In granting a site operator licence the provincial licensing authority may, after taking into consideration the locality of the site, determine and limit the hours of operation of the site. |
| (2) | The provincial licensing authority may, on good cause shown, license the site operator to operate outside the normal hours of operation of the primary business. |
