Application for use of surface of land contrary to the objects of the Act |
| (1) | An applicant who applies in terms of section 53 of the Act for the approval of the Minister to use the surface of land in a way which may be contrary to the objects as contemplated in section 53 of the Act, or is likely to impede any such object must submit an application for approval to the relevant Regional Manager. |
| (2) | The application contemplated in regulation 73B(1) must provide the specific information in the format required in Form Z. |
