| (1) | A notice in terms of section 5A(c) of the Act shall: |
| (a) | state the date and time of entry onto the land in question; |
| (b) | be submitted to the Regional Manager to whose region the permission, permit or right relates or to the designated agency, within the 21 day period in section 5A(c) of the Act. |
| (2) | The holder of the relevant permission, permit or right must submit proof of service in terms of section 97 of the Act of the notice in terms of section 5A(c) of the Act to the office of the Regional Manager to whose region the permission, permit or right relates or to the designated agency. |
