Purchase

(1)	The registrar must consider and determine an application for amendment in accordance with section 59 of the Act at least three months before the amendment is to come into effect.

(2)	The registrar must determine whether to—

(a)	amend the registration or provisional registration; or

(b)	impose a condition in terms of section 60 of the Act; or

(c)	deny the application for amendment.

(3)	In the case of subregulation (2)(b) or (c), the- registrar must notify the institution in writing, giving reasons.

(4)	The registrar may amend an institution's registration in accordance with section 60 or 61 of the Act.
