By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 36 of the Fund-Raising Act, 1978 (Act No. 107 of 1978), I, Schalk Willem van der Merwe, Minister of Social Welfare and Pensions, do hereby make the regulations set out in the Schedule hereto.
