| (1) | The provisions of regulations 12(1), 13(1) and 16 shall mutatis mutandis apply to a board. |
| (2) | The financial statements and annual report prepared by a board in terms of regulation 13(1) read with subregulation (1) shall be submitted to the Minister within seven days of the Auditor-General submitting his report to the Minister in terms of section 46 of the Exchequer and Audit Act, 1975 (Act No. 66 of 1975). |
