Transport between residence and place of duty |
| (1) | A head of education may at his or her discretion authorise an educator to use government transport between his or her residence and place of duty, should exceptional transport problems arise regarding the performance of duty at a particular place of duty and which make it essential that government transport be provided. |
| (2) | If an educator is transported in terms of subregulation (1) he or she must pay for such transport according to the tariffs determined by the Minister. |
