The reappointment of an educator, whether in a full-time or a part-time capacity in a post referred to in section 3(1) of the Act, who has retired or has been retired on pension before reaching his or her retirement age shall be approved by the employer: Provided that such reappointment shall be subject to the conditions as determined by the Minister.
