| (1) | The subsidies that may be paid in terms of this scheme in respect of the construction of soil conservation works shall be determined in accordance with the applicable tariffs as recorded in a tariff list approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and kept at the office of the executive officer for this purpose. |
| (2) | Such tariff list shall be deemed to form part of this scheme. |
| (3) | Copies of the tariff list referred to in subsection (1) shall be available for inspection at— |
| (a) | the office of the executive officer; |
| (b) | the office of each regional director; |
| (c) | each extension office; and |
| (d) | such other office as the executive officer may determine. |
