Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, 1983 (Act No. 43 of 1983)14. Expropriation of land for purposes of restoration or reclamation |
| (1) | If the Minister is of opinion that it is necessary for the restoration or reclamation of the natural agricultural resources of any land in order to achieve the objects of this Act, he may expropriate that land. |
| (2) | The provisions of the Expropriation Act, 1975 (Act No. 63 of 1975), shall mutatis mutandis apply with reference to the expropriation of land under subsection (1) of this section. |
