| (b) |
as to the documents with reference to a direction and the service thereof which are to be obtained and kept by the executive officer; |
| (d) |
with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, prescribing the matters in respect of which fees shall be payable, and the tariff of those fees; |
| (e) |
as to any matter which in terms of this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or done by regulation, |
and, generally, with reference to any matter which he considers necessary or expedient to prescribe in order to achieve or to promote the objects of this Act, and the generality of this provision shall not be limited by the preceding paragraphs of this subsection.
| (2) |
Different regulations may be made under this section in respect of different areas or in such other respects as the Minister may determine. |
| (3) |
Any regulation may prescribe penalties, not exceeding a fine of R500 or imprisonment for a period of three months or both such fine and such imprisonment, for any contravention of or failure to comply with its provisions. |
