Usury Act, 1968 (Act No. 73 of 1968) Regulations2. Prescribed amounts |
The amounts payable for a copy of an instrument of debt and a statement mentioned in section 10(2) of the Usury Act, are--
| i) | in respect of an instrument of debt, an amount of R3,50 per page; or |
| ii) | in respect of a statement, an amount of R3,50 per page. |
