| (1) | Where an officer conducts an inspection to determine whether certain equipment or documents comply with the applicable requirements of MARPOL 1973/78, a charge of R975 per hour. |
| (2) | Where a certificate of inspection is issued, an additional charge of R975 is payable. |
| (3) | A charge of R975 per hour is payable for the approval of any item of equipment required by MARPOL 1973/78 on the strength of an approval issued by another competent authority. |
