Enforcement committee

100. Enforcement committee proceedings

 

(1) The chairperson of the enforcement committee, with the assistance of employees of the board designated by the registrar, is responsible for managing the caseload of the enforcement committee and must assign each matter referred to the enforcement committee to a panel composed of the chairperson or deputy chairperson and not fewer than two other members of the enforcement committee who are suitably qualified to decide on the matter in question.

 

(2) A panel determines its own procedure for the performance of its functions.

 

(3) The proceedings of a panel are open to the public.

 

(4) The decision of the panel on a matter assigned to it must be in writing and include enforcement committee.

 

(5) The decision of the majority of the members of a panel is the decision of the reasons for the decision.
