The Minister may appoint as many persons or in accordance with section 15 of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), second as many officials employed by the National Department of Transport, as he or she may reasonably determine to be necessary for administrative support and performance of the secretarial functions of the Shareholders Committee.
