Protection from Harassment Act, 2010 (Act No. 17 of 2010)22. Amendment of Schedule 2 to Act 60 of 2000 |
Schedule 2 to the Firearms Control Act, 2000, is hereby amended by the insertion after paragraph (d) of item 7 of the following paragraph:
" (e) in terms of section 18(1 )(a) of the Protection from Harassment Act, 2011.".
