I, Ronald Lamola, Minister for Justice and Correctional Services, hereby, for security reasons, in terms of section 14(5) of the Promotion of Access to Information Act No. 2 of 2000, exempt the State Security Agency from the provisions of section 14(1), (2) and (3) of the said Act, from 21 April 2023 to 20 April 2028.
