Chapter 5 : Monitoring and Investigation

Purchase

(1)	The Council must draw up a code of conduct for inspectors which is legally binding on all the inspectors employed by it.

(2)	The code of conduct must contain rules relating to compliance by inspectors with a set of minimum standards of conduct which is necessary to realise the objects of the Authority.

(3)	The code of conduct must provide for penalties for a contravention of the code of conduct.
