Electoral Commission

The Electoral Commission hereby gives notice in terms of Regulation 2(1) of the Regulations on Political Party Funding, that a total amount of R162 921 437.00 (One Hundred and Sixty Two Million, Nine Hundred and Twenty One Thousand, Four Hundred and Thirty seven Rand) is available for allocation for the period 1 April 2021 until 31 March 2022, to the represented political parties from the Represented Political Party Fund established in terms of the Political Party Funding Act No 6 of 2018.

Multi-Party Democracy Fund

In terms of Regulation 2(2) of the Electoral Commission Regulations on Political Party Funding Act No 6 of 2018, the Electoral Commission hereby gives notice that a fee to defray cost of administering and managing the Multi-Party Democracy Fund for the year 1 April 2021 until 31 March 2022 will be 5% of the total amount
