In these Regulations, unless the context indicates otherwise—
“FATF”
means Financial Action Task Force which is an international policy-making body that sets international anti-money laundering standards and counter-terrorist financing measures; and
“NPO”
means a nonprofit organisation registered as such in terms of the Nonprofit Organisation Act, 1997 (Act 71 of 1997).
