Cancelled permits and registration certificates to be returned to issuing authorities |
| (1) | The holder of a permit or registration that has been cancelled, must return the permit or registration certificate to the issuing authority within 30 days after the date of having been informed of the cancellation. |
| (2) | Any failure by the holder of a permit or registration to return a cancelled permit or registration certificate in accordance with subregulation (1) must be taken into account by an issuing authority when considering any future application from such person submitted in terms of these Regulations. |
