| 1. | APPROVAL OF THE POLICY ON HOME EDUCATION |
I, Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, hereby, in terms of section 3(4) of the National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996), read in conjunction with section 51 of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act No. 84 of 1996), and after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers, approve the Policy on Home Education.
