| (1) | The members of a mutual bank may by special resolution appoint a inspector to investigate the affairs of the mutual bank. |
| (2) | The inspector so appointed shall have the same powers and be subject to the same duties as an inspector appointed under section 82 and shall report in such manner and to such persons as the mutual bank has by its resolution directed an shall send a copy of the report to the Registrar. |
