Chapter III : Authorization to Establish, and Registration and Cancellation of Registration of, Mutual Banks

Purchase

The Registrar shall publish a notice in the Gazette of every—

(a)	registration of an institution as a mutual bank;

(b)	cancellation or suspension of the registration of a mutual bank;

(c)	restriction of the activities of a mutual bank;

(d)	withdrawal of such suspension or restriction; or

(e)	change of the name of a mutual bank, that is effected or that takes place in terms of this Act.
