The objects of Legal Aid South Africa are to—
| (a) | render or make available legal aid and legal advice; |
| (b) | provide legal representation to persons at state expense; and |
| (c) | provide education and information concerning legal rights and obligations, |
as envisaged in the Constitution and this Act.
