Chapter 5 : General Provisions

Purchase

(1)	The laws mentioned in the second column of the Schedule are amended or repealed to the extent indicated in the third column thereof.

(2)	Any reference to "the Legal Aid Act, 1969 (Act No. 22 of 1969)" in any law must, with the changes as may be required by the context, be construed as a reference to "the Legal Aid South Africa Act, 2014".

(3)	Any reference to "the Legal Aid Board" in any law must, with the changes as may be required by the context, be construed as a reference to "the Board" established under section 2 of this Act.
