| 1) | The executive authority responsible for the coordinating department should - |
| a) | convene meetings of the Joint Panel; and |
| b) | determine the agenda for meetings. |
| 2) | Suggestions for inclusion in the agenda for a meeting may be submitted to that executive authority. |
