I, Enoch Godongwana, Minister of Finance, in terms of regulation 3(1) of the Financial Sector Regulations, 2018, published in Government Notice No. R. 405 of 29 March, 2018, as amended by General Notice No. 196 of 29 March 2019 and Government Notice No. 850 of 5 August 2020, hereby determine that the transitional management committee of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority that was established in terms of regulation 3(1), is disestablished with effect from 30 September 2021.
