| (1) | A judicial management order may be granted in respect of a financial exchange by the court on the application of the persons who are entitled under section 33 (1) to make an application to the court for the winding-up of a financial exchange, and section 33 (2) (b) (i) and (ii) shall mutatis mutandis apply to an application for a judicial management order. |
| (2) | Subject to section 35, the provisions of the Companies Act, 1973, relating to the judicial management of companies shall mutatis mutandis apply to a financial exchange. |
