I, Ronald Ozzy Lamola, the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, under section 5B(9) of the Domestic Violence Act, 1998 (Act No. 116 of 1998), hereby prescribe a tariff of—
| (a) | R150 for providing the information referred to in section 5B(1)(b) to the court; |
| (b) | R150 for providing the information contemplated in section 5B(7) to the respondent; and |
| (c) | R150 for removing or disabling access to the electronic communication which was used to commit an act of domestic violence, as contemplated in section 5B(6)(a), |
which tariffs are inclusive of value-added tax.
