| (1) | The Council may by resolution, order the Registrar to partially exempt any dental technician or dental technologist for an indefinite or definite period, from the age of 70 years from payment of any annual fee prescribed in terms of subparagraph 1, if the Council is satisfied that such a dental technician or dental technologist— |
| (a) | has a written application by way of an affidavit accompanied by a certified copy of a valid identity document, before 28 February preceding the year for which exemption is sought or applied for, and |
| (b) | has attained the age of 70 years; and |
| (c) | has paid the prescribed fee of R778-00 |
| (d) | Dental Technicians/Technologist will be required to pay R235-00 annual fees |
| (e) | Contractors will be required to pay R685-00 Annual fees. |
| (2) | List of all other Council fees for 2020/2021 attached as Annexure "A". |
