The registers shall be kept at the office of the council, and the registrar shall at intervals to be determined by the council and in accordance with the directions of the council, cause copies of the registers and of any supplementary lists showing any alterations, additions, revisions and deletions made since the last publication of the complete registers, to be printed and published.
