I, Alexander Erwin, Minister of Trade and Industry, do hereby determine in terms of section 6(1) of the Competition Act, 1998 (Act 89 of 1998), ("the Act") in consultation with the Competition Commission amend General Notice No. 1942 of 20 August 1999 by replacing the Schedule to that Notice with the Schedule set out below.
