PROSTHETICS TARIFF OF FEES AS FROM 1 APRIL 2025 (PRACTICE 87 & 90)

Important: Prosthesis fees EXCLUDE the following components:

The appropriate component must be selected from the list and charged as a separate item

Lower limb prosthetics:

CAT 1 & 2 componentry : are fabricated with glass/perion reinforced acrylic resin and stainless steel

CAT 3 & 4 componentry : is fabricated with carbon reinforced epoxy resin and titanium or composite

Rules:

Reimbursement rate includes the cost of any material kits used during any of the manufacturing stages

Cosmetic covers should be quoted separately for both NEW and REFIT prosthesis

No repairs may be charged to CF within 24 months of manufacturing

All definitive sockets needs to be reinforced with carbon fiber
