Subject to provisions to the contrary in this Chapter contained, any person who makes an application to a court in terms of this Chapter, shall, at least one month before the date of his application, deliver to the secretary of the society having jurisdiction in the area in which the court to which such application is made is situated, a copy of the application, together with copies of the other documents and papers referred to therein or connected therewith.
