Astronomy Geographic Advantage Act, 2007 (Act No. 21 of 2007)Chapter 7 : Administration of Act49. Register of astronomy advantage areas |
| (1) | The Minister must maintain a register called the Register of astronomy advantage areas. |
| (2) | The Register must— |
| (a) | contain a list of all astronomy advantage areas; |
| (b) | indicate whether the astronomy advantage area was declared as an area for optical or radio astronomy or a combination of these; and |
| (c) | contain any other information determined by the Minister. |
