| (a) | Where the architectural professional is not the principal agent, a reduction of the fee for the work not exceeding 10% of the fee for stages 5 and 6 may be considered. |
| (b) | Where the architectural professional is not the principal consultant, a reduction of the fee for the work may be negotiated between the architectural professional and the client. |
