The South African Council for the Architectural Profession

The South African Council for the Architectural Profession has in terms of Section 36(1) of the Architectural Profession Act 44 of 2000 (‘the Act’) made amendments to the Rules published under Board Notice 43 of 2017 in relation to continuing professional development as contemplated Section 13(k) of the Act and in relation to renewal of registration as contemplated by Section 22 (2) of the Act.

The Rules will be come into operation on the date of publication of this board notice.
